Natalie Lang - Bodywork Spealist and Energy Healer

Natalie is a Minneapolis based bodyworker and energy healer. Born with intuitive abilities, a gift for bodywork and a love for holistic care, she enjoys helping others explore the wonderful world of alternative medicine through Myofascial Release, Foot Reflexology and Reiki. Myofascial release is a gentle, sustained and prolonged stretching to assist in releasing fascial restrictions to help ease chronic pain and increase mobility. Reiki is a gentle and powerful modality of energy healing that promotes relaxation, healing and peace throughout the body. These sessions are guided by your intention. Whatever intention you bring to our time together is how I am guided. Every session is different! Reiki sessions are usually hands off, or a very light touch, if any. Foot reflexology includes stimulating points on the feet that correspond to different organs, muscles and skeletal structures to allow energetic blocks to be released, and bring fresh blood flow to the area of our body, prompting our bodies self healing response. She’s grateful and excited to be able to be of service and to help you further integrate your experience at the retreat!
