In this Zoom yoga class, you will reflect on a theme, connect breath with movement, and build heat as you move through a series of traditional yoga postures. Kyle's yoga classes are accessible and engaging for students of all levels. You will be invited to take ownership of your practice, making any modifications that you need to build strength, find balance, and stay safe. If this is your first class with Kyle, it is totally FREE and you do not need to purchase a class pass. Students are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class, and stay after to ask any questions you have, provide feedback, and connect with others in the class.
